In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Montclair Mounties lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-10 triumph over the Glen Ridge Ridgers.

The Mounties (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ). The Knights go into the non-league challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, West Essex held off Johnson (Clark, NJ), 18-6, in a non-league challenge.
