April 12, 2025: Golden, CO 80401 The Golden Demons lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the visiting Steamboat Springs Sailors to 9 in the Demons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Demons now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Mullen for a 4A Foothills challenge on Monday, April 14. Golden will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 11-9 non-league loss to Windsor (Windsor, CO). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Steamboat Springs falls to 6-5 on the year. The Sailors host Glenwood Springs (Glenwood Springs, CO) to clash with the Demons in a 4A Western challenge on Wednesday, April 16. The Demons go into the challenge with a record of 4-4.
