April 12, 2025: LaPlace, LA 70068 The St. Charles Catholic Comets softball squad (LaPlace, LA), was routed 11-6 in Saturday's non-league contest with the visiting Acadiana Rams (Lafayette, LA)
With the triumph, Acadiana improves its record to 17-12 on the year. The Rams travel to Lafayette Renaissance Charter Academy (Lafayette, LA) to face the Tigers in a non-league contest on Monday, April 14. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 1-10.
The Comets now hold a 22-8 record. They play next when they host John Curtis Christian for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 12. St. Charles Catholic will face a Patriots squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Walker (Walker, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 19-6.
