Kentucky High School Softball - Bishop Brossart edges Conner
April 12, 2025: Alexandria, KY 41001 The Bishop Brossart Mustangs softball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Conner Cougars to 5 in the Mustangs non-league win on Saturday.
The Mustangs now possess a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walton-Verona for a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. Bishop Brossart will confront a Bearcats team coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Trimble County (Bedford, KY). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-7.
With the loss, Conner moves to 3-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Ryle (Union, KY) to confront the Raiders in a District 33 battle on Monday, April 14. The Raiders come into the battle with a record of 6-1. Ryle won 15-4 in their recent non-league battle against Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY)
