Minnesota High School Softball - East Grand Forks bounces Pequot Lakes
April 12, 2025: Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting East Grand Forks Green Wave softball team scored a nice 11-0 win over the Pequot Lakes Patriots.
The Green Wave (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Mahnomen/Waubun (Mahnomen, MN). The Thunderbirds come into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Mahnomen/Waubun was routed by Frazee (Frazee, MN), 11-9, in a non-league contest.
The Patriots now hold a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Little Falls for a Granite Ridge contest on Monday, April 14. Pequot Lakes will face a Flyers squad coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN). The Flyers record now stands at 0-3.
