New Mexico High School Softball - McCurdy bounces Pecos
April 12, 2025: Espanola, NM 87532 The McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM) softball routed the visiting Pecos Panthers (Pecos, NM), 7-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Bobcats now sport a 5-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mora for a A/2A District 2/5 outing on Monday, April 14. McCurdy will encounter a Rangers/Rangerettes team coming off a 18-7 non-league win over Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM). The Rangers/Rangerettes record now stands at 10-4.
With the loss, Pecos moves to 3-9 on the season. The Panthers travel to Raton (Raton, NM) to encounter the Tigers in a A/2A District 6 outing on Tuesday, April 15. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 6-9. Raton lost 8-1 in their recent league outing against Estancia (Estancia, NM)
