Michigan High School Softball - Shepherd bounces Sault Area
April 12, 2025: Shepherd, MI 48883 The Shepherd Bluejays softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Sault Area Blue Devils to 6 in the Bluejays non-league win on Saturday.
The Bluejays now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beal City for a non-league battle on Monday, April 14. Shepherd will confront a Aggies team coming off a 13-5 non-league win over Gladwin (Gladwin, MI). The Aggies record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, Sault Area moves to 0-3 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Petoskey (Petoskey, MI) to confront the Northmen in a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 15. The Northmen come into the battle with a record of 1-0. Petoskey won 7-5 in their recent non-league battle against Kingsley (Kingsley, MI)
