The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) and the host Tipton Blue Devils (Tipton, IN), observed Western's softball team prevail over Tipton by a tally of 10-0.

The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their bout against Hamilton Heights (Arcadia, IN). The Huskies go into the Hoosier bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Hamilton Heights knocked off Maconaquah (Bunker Hill, IN), 13-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Blue Devils clash with the Logansport Berries (Logansport, IN) in a bout, on Tuesday, April 15. Tipton will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Berries go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Twin Lakes (Monticello, IN).
