April 13, 2023: Bucyrus, OH 44820 Bucyrus Redmen (Bucyrus, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting St. Mary Central Catholic Panthers (Sandusky, OH), 7-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Bucyrus upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Redmen host Willard (Willard, OH) to battle the Crimson Flashes in a non-league test on Saturday, April 15. The Crimson Flashes come into the test with a record of 4-3. Willard won 15-14 in their recent league test against Margaretta (Castalia, OH)
With the defeat, St. Mary Central Catholic falls to 3-6 on the season. The Panthers travel to Calvert (Tiffin, OH) to battle the Senecas in a Sandusky Bay - River test on Friday, April 14. The Senecas come into the test with a record of 6-0. Calvert won 15-3 in their recent league test against Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH)
