Florida High School Softball - Bayshore bounces Family Christian Academy
April 13, 2023: Port Charlotte, FL 33952 Bayshore Bruins (Bradenton, FL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Family Christian Academy Mustangs (Port Charlotte, FL), 16-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Bruins now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hardee for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 17. Bayshore will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Winter Haven (Winter Haven, FL). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-6.
With the loss, Family Christian Academy falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 20. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 4-5.
