Decatur Golden Gators (Federal Way, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Federal Way Eagles (Federal Way, WA), 16-2 in a league challenge.

The Golden Gators now own a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kentridge for a 4A NPSL challenge on Tuesday, April 18. Decatur will face a Chargers squad coming off a 14-1 non-league win over Beamer (Federal Way, WA). The Chargers record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Federal Way falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Jefferson (Auburn, WA) to face the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 18.
