Kentucky High School Softball - Pulaski County bounces Southwestern
April 13, 2023: Somerset, KY 42503 Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Southwestern Warriors (Somerset, KY), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Maroons now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rockcastle County for a District 47 challenge on Monday, April 17. Pulaski County will battle a Rockets squad coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Clinton County (Albany, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, Southwestern falls to 6-11 on the campaign. The Warriors host Marion County (Lebanon, KY) to battle the Knights in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 14. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 7-6. Marion County lost 11-7 in their recent league challenge against Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY)
