April 13, 2024: Mt. Vernon, OH 43050 Beavercreek Beavers (Beavercreek, OH) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Mt. Vernon Yellowjackets (Mt. Vernon, OH), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Beavers battle the Centerville Elks (Centerville, OH) in a match, on Thursday, April 18. Beavercreek will attempt to advance on its 7-8 season record. The Elks come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Thomas Worthington (Worthington, OH).
With the loss, Mt. Vernon drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Olentangy Berlin (Delaware, OH) to battle the Bears in a non-league test on Saturday, April 13.
