California High School Volleyball - Liberty tips Nevada Union

April 13, 2024: Grass Valley, CA 95945

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA) volleyball squad nudged the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Lions battle the Futures Knights (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 13. Liberty will attempt to better on its 23-6 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 14-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning (Nevada City, CA).

With the loss, Nevada Union moves to 13-8 on the year. The Miners travel to West Park (Roseville, CA) to battle the Panthers in a Foothill Valley contest on Tuesday, April 16. The Panthers go into the contest with a record of 18-5. West Park won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Oakmont (Roseville, CA)
