April 13, 2024: Camillus, NY 13031 The West Genesee Wildcats the visiting Penfield Patriots lacrosse team by a score of 10-8 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Baldwinsville for a Section 3 CNYCL - American test on Tuesday, April 16. West Genesee will face a Bees squad coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Canandaigua Academy (Canandaigua, NY). The Bees record now stands at 3-2.
In their next game, the Patriots face the Hilton Cadets (Hilton, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe County II test, on Tuesday, April 16. Penfield will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Cadets come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Horseheads (Horseheads, NY).
