April 13, 2024: Hudsonville, MI 49426 Unity Christian Crusaders (Hudsonville, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Coldwater Cardinals (Coldwater, MI), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Crusaders now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lakeshore for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. Unity Christian will battle a Lancers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to La Porte (La Porte, IN). The Lancers record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Coldwater falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Gaylord (Gaylord, MI) to battle the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Gaylord lost 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Mercy (Farmington Hills, MI)
