New Jersey High School Softball - Colts Neck holds off Raritan
April 13, 2024: Hazlet, NJ 07730 Colts Neck Cougars (Colts Neck, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Raritan Rockets (Hazlet, NJ), 6-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Freehold Township for a Shore - A North challenge on Monday, April 15.
With the loss, Raritan falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Wall Township (Wall, NJ) to face the Crimson Knights in a Shore - A Central challenge on Monday, April 15. The Crimson Knights enter the challenge with a record of 2-2. Wall Township won 13-3 in their recent league challenge against Trinity Hall (Tinton Falls, NJ)
