The Columbia Eagles routed the host Pickens County Tornadoes softball squad by a final score of 20-2 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Eagles (5-9) will now prepare for their battle against Meek (Arley, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 16-11 record.

The Tornadoes now possess a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to South Lamar for a 1A Area 8 battle on Monday, April 15. Pickens County will meet a Stallions squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Winfield (Winfield, AL). The Stallions record now stands at 5-14.
