Illinois High School Softball - LaSalle-Peru can't hold off Harlem
April 13, 2024: Machesney Park, IL 61115 The LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers softball team (LaSalle, IL), was tipped 4-3 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL)
Coming up next, the Huskies clash with the Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) in a Northern Illinois NIC-9 test, on Monday, April 15. Harlem will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Blue Thunder come into the test with a 5-6 record after their 12-0 league win over Jefferson (Rockford, IL).
The Cavaliers (10-6) will now prepare for their test against Morris (Morris, IL). The Redskins come into the Interstate Eight test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Morris edged Kaneland (Maple Park, IL), 2-1, in a league test.
