In Monday's league match, the visiting Conner Cougars softball team scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Cooper Jaguars.

The Cougars (10-3) will now prepare for their match against Boone County (Florence, KY). The Rebels go into the District 33 match with a 5-6 record.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Ryle Raiders (Union, KY) in a District 33 match, on Wednesday, April 15. Cooper will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Raiders go into the match with a 13-3 record after their 23-1 non-league win over Holy Cross (Covington, KY).
