In Monday's non-league test, the Peru Tigers (Peru, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Taylor Titans (Kokomo, IN), by a tally of 13-5.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Twin Lakes Indians (Monticello, IN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 14. Peru will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Indians go into the test with a 2-4 record after their 12-11 non-league win over Boone Grove (Valparaiso, IN).

The Titans (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Frankton (Frankton, IN). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Frankton was routed by Lapel (Lapel, IN), 2-1, in a non-league test.
