Central Mountain Wildcats (Mill Hall, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Lewisburg Green Dragons (Lewisburg, PA), 1-0 in a league test.

With the win, Central Mountain upgrades its record to 2-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Danville (Danville, PA) to clash with the Ironmen in a Heartland I match on Friday, April 16. The Ironmen go into the match with a record of 3-2. Danville won 5-4 in their recent league match against Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA)

The Green Dragons (3-7) will now prepare for their match against Warrior Run (Turbotville, PA). The Defenders go into the non-league match with a 0-5 record. In their last match, Warrior Run was edged by Loyalsock Township (Williamsport, PA), 15-0, in a league match.
