Erie Royals (Erie, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA), 10-5 in a league test.

With the win, Erie upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Royals host McDowell (Erie, PA) to battle the Trojans in a District 10 Region 5 test on Monday, April 17. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 2-3. McDowell won 14-1 in their recent league test against Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA)

With the defeat, General McLane falls to 3-1 on the season. The Lancers travel to Fort LeBoeuf (Waterford, PA) to battle the Bison in a District 10 Region 5 test on Monday, April 17. The Bison come into the test with a record of 0-4. Fort LeBoeuf lost 11-5 in their recent league test against Meadville (Meadville, PA)
