Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Hempfield Area drops to Penn-Trafford
April 14, 2023: Greensburg, PA 15601 Penn-Trafford Warriors (Harrison City, PA) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Hempfield Area Spartans (Greensburg, PA), 15-4 in a non-league battle.
The Warriors now own a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Winchester Thurston for a WPIAL 3A 1 battle on Monday, April 17. Penn-Trafford will clash with a squad coming off a 14-3 league loss to Greater Latrobe (Latrobe, PA). The record now stands at 0-3.
In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Bethel Park Black Hawks (Bethel Park, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 1 battle, on Monday, April 17. Hempfield Area will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Black Hawks come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 16-7 league loss to Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA).
