Illinois High School Softball - Jones loses to Resurrection
April 14, 2023: Chicago, IL 60631 The Resurrection Bandits softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Jones Eagles to 0 in the Bandits non-league triumph on Friday.
With the triumph, Resurrection moves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Bandits host Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Mighty Macs in a GCAC- Red game on Saturday, April 15. The Mighty Macs come into the game with a record of 6-5. Mother McAuley won 4-2 in their recent league game against Fenwick (Oak Park, IL)
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Red game, on Monday, April 17. Jones will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Crusaders come into the game with a 1-6 record after their 15-0 league loss to Chicago Washington (Chicago, IL).
