New Jersey High School Softball - Hanover Park bounces Northern Highlands
April 14, 2024: Allendale, NJ 07401 Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Sunday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Hornets now own a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pequannock for a NJAC - Liberty challenge on Monday, April 15. Hanover Park will battle a Golden Panthers squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Montville (Montville, NJ). The Golden Panthers record now stands at 1-8.
With the loss, Northern Highlands falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Highlanders host Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 6-1.
