The Highlands Scots baseball squad (North Highlands, CA), was overwhelmed 23-2 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Valley Vikings (Sacramento, CA)

With the triumph, Valley moves its record to 4-8 on the season. The Vikings host Foothill (Sacramento, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a Greater Sacramento contest on Tuesday, April 15. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 3-16. Foothill lost 30-1 in their recent league contest against Burbank (Sacramento, CA)

The Scots now possess a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vacaville Christian for a Sierra Delta League contest on Tuesday, April 22. Highlands will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 12-4 league win over Rio Vista (Rio Vista, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 10-4.
