The Winchester Community Golden Falcons baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Muncie Central Bearcats to 1 in the Golden Falcons non-league win on Monday.

The Golden Falcons now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Knightstown for a Tri-Eastern test on Tuesday, April 15. Winchester Community will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 8-1 non-league win over Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 3-0.

With the defeat, Muncie Central drops to 0-3 on the year. The Bearcats host Richmond (Richmond, IN) to clash with the Red Devils in a North Central test on Tuesday, April 15. The Red Devils go into the test with a record of 2-1. Richmond won 4-3 in their recent league test against Marion (Marion, IN)
