The Seward Bluejays baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Pius X Thunderbolts to 5 in the Bluejays non-league win on Monday.

The Bluejays now hold a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they host Adams Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 15. Seward will play a Patriots team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Norfolk (Norfolk, NE). The Patriots record now stands at 11-3.

With the defeat, Pius X drops to 5-8 on the year. The Thunderbolts host Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE) to play the Junior Jays in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 22. The Junior Jays go into the test with a record of 8-7.
