April 14, 2025: Newark, NJ 07104 The Tech Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting KIPP Newark Lab Sharks to 0 in the Panthers league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Hillside for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 15. Tech will play a Comets team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Linden (Linden, NJ). The Comets record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, KIPP Newark Lab drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Sharks host University (Newark, NJ) to play the Phoenix in a SEC - Independence outing on Wednesday, April 16. The Phoenix come into the outing with a record of 0-3. University lost 2-1 in their recent league outing against West Side (Newark, NJ)
