The Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC), 8-1 in Monday's non-league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they host Garner for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 16. Millbrook will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 5-4 league win over Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 5-5.

With the defeat, Apex Friendship drops to 8-9 on the year. The Patriots host Cary (Cary, NC) to clash with the Imps in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15.
