California High School Baseball - Galileo loses to Balboa
April 14, 2025: San Francisco, CA 94109 Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA) fans left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Galileo Lions (San Francisco, CA), 11-8 in a league match.
With the triumph, Balboa advances its record to 2-3 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to Lincoln (San Francisco, CA) to battle the Mustangs in a match on Friday, April 18. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 7-8. Lincoln lost 6-2 in their recent league match against Lowell (San Francisco, CA)
The Lions now have a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mission for a match on Wednesday, April 16. Galileo will battle a Bears squad coming off a 33-0 league loss to Lowell (San Francisco, CA). The Bears record now stands at 0-4.
