Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Franklin Regional overwhelms Plum
April 14, 2025: Murrysville, PA 15668 The Franklin Regional Panthers (Murrysville, PA) lacrosse routed the visiting Plum Mustangs (Pittsburgh, PA), 13-3 in Monday's non-league outing.
The Panthers now own a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Peters Township for a WPIAL 2A 1 outing on Tuesday, April 15. Franklin Regional will face a Indians squad coming off a 10-6 league win over Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA). The Indians record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Plum falls to 1-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Baldwin (Pittsburgh, PA) to clash with the Highlanders in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 17. The Highlanders go into the challenge with a record of 1-7. Baldwin lost 16-2 in their recent league challenge against Trinity (Washington, PA)
