Marietta Blue Devils (Marietta, GA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA), 16-0 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Marietta improves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Cherokee (Canton, GA) to play the Warriors in a 3A Area 4 game on Tuesday, April 15. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 7-6. Cherokee won 15-6 in their recent non-league game against Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA)

The Mustangs now have a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lovett for a non-league game on Wednesday, April 16. Kennesaw Mountain will play a Lions team coming off a 7-6 league win over Westminster (Atlanta, GA). The Lions record now stands at 12-3.
