April 14, 2025: Mechanicsville, VA 23116 Atlee Raiders (Mechanicsville, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Freeman Mavericks (Richmond, VA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Atlee moves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 16. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-2. Deep Run lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA)
The Mavericks now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Thomas Jefferson for a Colonial test on Tuesday, April 15. Freeman will meet a Vikings team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Richmond High School for the Arts (Richmond, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-4.
