April 14, 2025: Honea Path, SC 29654 The Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC) soccer nipped the host Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC), 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Mustangs now hold a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Walhalla for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 17. Palmetto will encounter a Razorbacks squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Pendleton (Pendleton, SC). The Razorbacks record now stands at 9-5.
With the loss, Belton-Honea Path moves to 3-8 on the year. The Bears travel to Crescent (Iva, SC) to confront the Tigers in a AAA Region 1 battle on Thursday, April 17. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 0-10. Crescent lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against West-Oak (Westminster, SC)
