New Jersey High School Softball - Clayton bounces Salem
April 14, 2025: Clayton, NJ 08312 The Clayton Clippers (Clayton, NJ) softball routed the visiting Salem Rams (Salem, NJ), 27-0 in Monday's league outing.
The Clippers now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gloucester Catholic for a Tri-County - Classic outing on Wednesday, April 16. Clayton will encounter a Rams team coming off a 4-2 league win over Pitman (Pitman, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 3-1.
The Rams (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Pennsville Memorial (Pennsville, NJ). The Eagles enter the Tri-County - Classic challenge with a 7-2 record. In their last challenge, Pennsville Memorial overcame Wildwood (Wildwood, NJ), 16-0, in a league challenge.
