The Forsyth Home Educators Hawks softball squad (Winston-Salem, NC), was routed 8-5 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC)

With the triumph, East Davidson improves its record to 9-6 on the year. The Golden Eagles host Salisbury (Salisbury, NC) to face the Hornets in a Central Carolina 1A/2A contest on Tuesday, April 15. The Hornets enter the contest with a record of 9-7. Salisbury won 16-1 in their recent league contest against Lexington (Lexington, NC)

The Hawks now hold a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Ambassador Christian School for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 15. Forsyth Home Educators will face a Lions squad coming off a 20-1 non-league loss to Metrolina Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The Lions record now stands at 0-9.
