New Jersey High School Softball - East Side can't get by Tech
April 14, 2025: Newark, NJ 07105 The Tech Panthers edged the host East Side Red Raiders softball squad by a count of 17-16 in Monday's league challenge.
Next, the Panthers play the West Caldwell Tech Eagles (West Caldwell, NJ) in a SEC - Colonial challenge, on Wednesday, April 16. Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 20-4 league loss to Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ).
The Red Raiders (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against West Orange (West Orange, NJ). The Mountaineers enter the SEC - Colonial challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, West Orange edged Newark Tech (Newark, NJ), 15-0, in a league challenge.
