Alabama High School Softball - Westbrook Christian drops to Victory Christian
April 14, 2025: Rainbow City, AL 35906 Victory Christian Lions (Pell City, AL) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Westbrook Christian Warriors (Rainbow City, AL), 14-4 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Victory Christian improves its record to 7-7 on the year. The Lions travel to Jefferson Christian Academy (Birmingham, AL) to face the Eagles in a 1A Area 11 game on Tuesday, April 15. The Eagles enter the game with a record of 0-5. Jefferson Christian Academy lost 16-0 in their recent league game against Ragland (Ragland, AL)
The Warriors now hold a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Ohatchee for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 15. Westbrook Christian will face a Indians squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, AL). The Indians record now stands at 19-10.
