Hoover Cardinals (San Diego, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting El Cajon Valley Braves (El Cajon, CA), 7-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Hoover upgrades its record to 4-7 on the season. The Cardinals host Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 20. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 2-3. Castle Park won 7-0 in their recent non-league test against Lincoln (San Diego, CA)

With the defeat, El Cajon Valley falls to 1-6 on the season. The Braves host High Tech SD (San Diego, CA) to battle the Storm in a non-league test on Saturday, April 17. The Storm come into the test with a record of 2-1.
