April 15, 2021: Martinez, GA 30907 Evans Knights (Evans, GA) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Augusta Christian Lions (Martinez, GA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Glynn Academy Terrors (Brunswick, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 22. Evans will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Terrors enter the challenge with a 16-0 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Ware County (Waycross, GA).
The Lions now have a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harlem for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 16. Augusta Christian will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-3 league Thomson (Thomson, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-9.
