Oklahoma High School Soccer - Ponca City held off by Owasso
April 15, 2021: Owasso, OK 74055 The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Owasso Rams (Owasso, OK) and the visiting Ponca City Wildcats (Ponca City, OK), saw Owasso's soccer squad get by Ponca City by a margin of 2-1.
The Rams now sport a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Enid for a non-league test on Friday, April 16. Owasso will meet a Plainsmen squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK). The Plainsmen record now stands at 5-0.
With the loss, Ponca City drops to 1-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK) to meet the Chieftains in a non-league test on Friday, April 16. The Chieftains come into the test with a record of 5-5. Sapulpa won 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Muskogee (Muskogee, OK)
