Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Northridge Raiders (Middlebury, IN) and the host Westview Warriors (Topeka, IN), saw Northridge's baseball squad knock off Westview by a count of 14-8.

Coming up next, the Raiders play the Goshen RedHawks (Goshen, IN) in a Northern Lakes battle, on Monday, April 18. Northridge will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The RedHawks enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 14-5 non-league loss to La Porte (La Porte, IN).

The Warriors now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Fremont for a Northeast Corner battle on Saturday, April 16. Westview will play a Eagles squad coming off a 5-3 league win over Eastside (Butler, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
