In Saturday's non-league game, the host Gunnison Cowboys baseball team scored a nice 13-5 victory over the Centauri Falcons.

The Cowboys (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Delta (Delta, CO). The Panthers go into the 3A Western Slope game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Delta overcame Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO), 23-8, in a non-league game.
