Pinson Valley Indians (Pinson, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Pleasant Grove Spartans (Pleasant Grove, AL), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Pinson Valley upgrades its record to 12-12 on the season. The Indians travel to McAdory (McCalla, AL) to battle the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Monday, April 17. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 11-2. McAdory lost 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Gardendale (Gardendale, AL)

With the defeat, Pleasant Grove falls to 10-17 on the season. The Spartans host Cornerstone (Birmingham, AL) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, April 17. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-7.
