California High School Volleyball - St. Genevieve tips St. Monica
April 15, 2023: Santa Monica, CA 90403 St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host St. Monica Mariners (Santa Monica, CA), 1-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Valiants battle the North Hollywood Huskies (North Hollywood, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 15. St. Genevieve will attempt to advance on its 13-10 season record. The Huskies come into the match with a 9-9 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Sanger (Sanger, CA).
With the loss, St. Monica drops to 11-18 on the campaign. The Mariners host St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA) to battle the Saints in a Camino Real match on Monday, April 17. The Saints come into the match with a record of 13-6. St. Anthony won 3-0 in their recent league match against Salesian (Los Angeles, CA)
