Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Fairmont Senior Polar Bears (Fairmont, WV), 12-3 in a league battle.

The Cardinals now own a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Musselman for a non-league battle on Monday, April 17. Spring Mills will clash with a Applemen squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Preston (Kingwood, WV). The Applemen record now stands at 3-3.

In their next game, the Polar Bears clash with the University Hawks (Morgantown, WV) in a WVSLA -DI East battle, on Thursday, April 20. Fairmont Senior will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 4-3 record after their 17-5 non-league win over Capital (Charleston, WV).
