Ohio High School Softball - Anthony Wayne holds off Mason
April 15, 2023: Mason, OH 45040 Anthony Wayne Generals (Whitehouse, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Mason Comets (Mason, OH), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Generals now own a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Springfield for a Northern Lakes challenge on Wednesday, April 19.
With the loss, Mason falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Comets host Sycamore (Cincinnati, OH) to battle the Aviators in a Greater Miami challenge on Monday, April 17. The Aviators enter the challenge with a record of 2-7. Sycamore lost 10-4 in their recent league challenge against Colerain (Cincinnati, OH)
