Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Meyersdale Red Raiders (Meyersdale, PA), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Blacklick Valley upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Vikings host Shanksville Stonycreek (Shanksville, PA) to battle the Vikings in a Western Pennsylvania test on Tuesday, April 16. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 2-5.
